Bulgur Porridge

  • 4 tbsp bulgur
  • 1 dl (1/4 cup) water
  • 1 dl (1/4 cup) soy milk unsweetened
  • 4 dates


  1. De-seed the dates (if they aren’t already) and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  3. Lower the heat and simmer until all liquid is absorbed by the bulgur.

  4. Serve immediately with some unsweetened soy milk and fresh fruit and some cinnamon.
