  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 dl) olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 dl) water
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have reached the consistency that you want.

TIP! You can make the hummus thinner by adding more water.
