The key to good consistency is to use avocados that are ripe. If they are too hard they will not mix well and the texture will be all wrong, and if they are too ripe it will become too mushy. To fully enjoy this vegan recipe try to squeeze the avocados gently when you buy them to find the ones that are ripe.
Use your hand-mixer, kitchen blender or whatever blending tool you have at your disposal (a fork will do), and mix all ingredients until smooth.
Note: Be careful with the lemon juice. If you don’t like it so “zingy” add a little bit at a time to taste.
