A versatile bread that you can customize to your liking.
Preheat the oven to 180° C / 350° F / Gas Mark 6.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure that the baking soda is mixed evenly.
Add the wet ingredients and combine to a sticky wet dough.
Grease a loaf form (or coat it with non-stick baking paper) and pour in the dough. Distribute it evenly in the form with a ladle.
Sprinkle some more oats (or müsli) on top.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
Remove the bread from the form and let it cool for a while before you cut it.
